you need to test it. try paying a small amount with the cc and then call the cs to confirm the mcc.

the other day i posted that i-city ticketing/reloads kiosk accepts amex in the "places to use amex" thread, i saw there are people liking it.

so now i will extend this contribution for the benefits of all.

if you use buy the ticket/reload via the kiosk or via the app, the mcc is 7996 which is under amusement parks, etc.

Sorry, i made a mistake. I saw the other description from my banking app and called the cs to confirm the mcc of a different transaction. I've edited the above post.

Actually both are under MCC 7996 - Amusement Parks, Carnivals, Circuses, Fortune Tellers.

cybpsych I've made a mistake. I checked on the wrong transaction which was smart selangor instead of i-city kiosk, bcs both are same day & same amount.
