I am unsure whether Dell Sales Officer will use the same credit card terminal, for the purchase of computers through Dell website.

I purchased a laptop battery from Dell, by phone.

1) I called Dell Sales Telephone Line, at 1800-88-2888, and asked about the price of the laptop battery.

2) Dell Sales Officer sent me the quotation of the laptop battery.

3) I called again the same Dell Sales Officer to confirm the purchase.

4) Through phone, I gave Dell Sales Officer my credit card numbers, and other details. A few minutes later, I received a SMS stating the price of the battery was charged to my credit card.

I swiped Maybank 2 Card American Express for the following transaction.

but how about the Plan B at others location?
there will have the same MCC code also ??

My encounter with Sushi Zanmai @ 1Utama as MCC 5814, Fast Food.
But saw from page 1, it's Dining.

Perhaps they have changed.

I made a query on my cash back for March 1st statement.
Yesterday the CS called back and informed me Sushi Zanmai is under 'Fast Food' with MCC 5814, not 'Restaurant' for Dining.

If Kedai ABC is recognized as MCC XXXX by Bank W, this same MCC XXXX will be applied to all other banks Bank Z, Bank Y etc...  too?
