+1 for wood. He is probably the only person that can make the whole experience worthwhile.The additional so-called cleaning fee is nonsense to me. To cut cost, will be be best to try your best to aim for those without cleaning fee, but you will still probably land on some with cleaning fee due to design. Try to nego if you feel the price is too high.
