Hi, would like to double check with you if i want to terminate ( after 24 months) my Maxis Broadband, may i know is it i need to return device like Modem ? Thanks.

Hi Jacker,

Are you referring to the MaxisONE Home or MaxisONE Go Wifi?
For MaxisONE Home, yes you will need to return the modem.
But for MaxisONE Go Wifi no need to return the modem after contract ended.

I have been using the RM118 10mbps since 2012, If i terminate it, what should i return?

1. TM Modem
2. Technicolour router
3. Motorola dectphone.

Is there any deposit money? i cant recall any.

Hi, I registered fibernation upgrade since 20th august but never receive any call from maxis. So I'm thinking of terminating my home fiber account. Is it possible to terminate now? My account no. is 1467434831

hi, i have just applied for the MaxisOne Home Fibre Broadband at Maxis Service Centre for the RM99 package. Installation is not done yet and Maxis installer have not phone me yet. For some reasons, I decided not to proceed with the installation. is there any penalty fee charged to me for this situation?

Hey maxis why, i read here you guys said want return the mordem but i walk in shop said doesnt need to return at all?

Plus its been a year since i moved out from thr old house and terminated but i still get i being continously charged every months.

Maxis fiber 30MBits/s Installed on 13th Nov, second days straight unable to use, LOS signal (suspect fiber port problem after troubleshoot with call centre operator).

wait until now 3 days no technical team come to fix the fiber, call hotline and was informed that Maxis themselves unable to get TM technical team come to fix, no choice but to keep waiting....terrible and nightmare, pay for nothing, if Maxis do not have the ability to schedule the technical team to fix on-site issue on reasonable timeframe and have to depends on TM technical team that take forever, how could Maxis qualify to provide the Fiber internet services? i wonder how could the government approve such services that harm the interest of consumer, YB gobind please pay attention to this issue.

regretted and was thinking to terminate Maxis fiber for poor services

Hi! I have just filled in maxis fibrenation registration form last tuesday (20/11/2018). I got a call from Maxis to inform installation appointment which is on 1 Dec 2018. I have change of mind and would like to cancel the registration and installation of fibrenation. How do I go about the cancellation? Any charges will be levied to such cancellation?
