you just want to view some picture or movie on 4k confirm no problem , if you want play game on it konfirm gg

even high end gpus have problem maintaining high framerates at 4k resolution

if want to play movie depends on the movie and your movie player settings maybe need to lower the quality to play it.

Also does your system have a Displayport? If don't have then please don't get a 4k monitor or you will be limited to 30hz making it difficult to use your system.
