what player did you use to play High Def Content "HD" 720p 1024p 1280p.
i used VLC with linear deinterlace mode but is there any player/codec that provide better quality?

Sorry, a noob here, what does VLC stand for.
I thought HD content can be played with WMP 10 / 11 and Quicktime 7, isn't it?

Hi m4a1rifle

I have tested VLC, media player classic, window media player and powerdvd with some dvds...

vlc turned out to be the worst with interlace problem...

window media also quite bad + not much options to choose for dvd

powerdvd is playback quality is good but it has scaling problem for my widescreen

media player classic appear to have some kinda graphic engine + lotsa options to scale for my widescreen but somehow the subtitle never turn out well
