i heard my friend said they selling genuine camera and lenses, and no fake things. the problem is staff attitude, not honest and only care about profit. this kind of lousy service sure alot ppl hate it

talk about sony low yat, when mr. chin work as outlet manager, everything is fine, i'm totally satisfied with the price and service he offer. now the kiddo named james chan work as p.i.c. totally spoil my shopping experience. the way he serve customer really horrible. he dunno, other sony agent like foto Miami, not only can offer better price, service even more gentle and kept their promise

Like i said many shops with Sony signboard above in shopping mall but selling HTC phone, Samsung or Nokia, they're not Sony Center or Sony Authorised dealer.

u may don't know abou sony centre. allow me to explain

sony store is direct under sony malaysia, meanwhile sony centre is opened under certain dealer who have license to operate as sony agent, which selling sony products as sony centre's priority. some sony centre got write their company name at bottom-right

currenty foto miami sdn bhd is the best company as their sony product sales is quite good and reputation is the best

shangrila is 4th party operator (they sell canon, nikon, fuji, oly, pana, samsung too.... anyway, its best to change the title properly to shangrila. this is not the first time, almost every year got ppl open a new thread complaining shangrila....
