High Ping, Download Below 1Mbps, Almost 1 week..

Hi Maxis ,
Can check for me why my line is so slow? I get high Ping and download is below than 1Mbps.I face this problem almost 1 week. I try to call 123 but don't get any solution for me. The customer service just told me they fix something start from when i not really remember and my problem not solve at all. This my account number : 1708609670 Thanks.. Attached thumbnail(s)
