so far other than their PPA1m bukit jalil... alot of others VP-ed units by AK also surprisingly with good workmanship and delivered above expectation... of course... the expectation usually started very low for project at this kind of pricing... my fren's unit at pandanmas 2 no defects and he terus start renovation laugh.gif laugh.gif

Last night Aset Kayamas Parkhill water pipe burst, all the water flows from upper level to the lobby and causing electric disruption… All lifts on that block stop working … Some people need walk from level 43 or respective level to lobby to get to work this morning… This is NOT "benchmark of ownership" as stated in their motto…
