Alway surveying their project portfolio and do research on the company before select them as your renovation contractors.

I think in renovation it hard to assure...the amount dealing is huge, and if they assure we will think what benefit they got and may mark up the price. At least we narrow down the numbers and search easily...then shortlist ourselves and do checking, review or see their on going project site..
