So today I went to the ATM machine and have my Public bank statement slip printed which shows my last 6 transaction.

One of the item shows "906 DR-ECP RM100.00"

So what does this mean?

Problem is I'm not sure my account password.

When I went to the ATM to try to reset my password, the only option there is to "Register for Pb online" which I choose, but after I comfirmed my preferred pin it automatically cancel the transaction. I tried 2 time already.

Frankly, I'm not even sure of my user ID, I think it should be my name. Anyway I'm going to Public bank to get this settled on Monday. However in the meantime, I'm curious after this item.

So about this ECP, is it automated or is it something that can only be done manually?

dont choose register, choose reset password on ATM.
id if forget,
1. call cs
2. after got id, then go ATM reset passwd.
3. after reset, need to call CS again to reactivate new ID.
last month i do this.forget also

if u remember ID, u go reset passwd at ATM, try to login online new passwd without call cs, kenot. they need to reactivate.
