incense usage is for lure many pokemon at you and appear more frequently.
dunno about lure rare pokemon tho.

hmm maybe. i think rare pokemon makes random appearance at random time and random places.

the incubator have same effect doesn't matter limit or unlimited.
the limit one u need to buy. so you can hatch many egg at ones.
every purchase got 3 incubator stack.
if purchase more, more egg can be hatch simultaneously.
