Between Jalan Pinang & Jalan Perak previously known as KL Walk. You may need access into buildings, as KL Walk is barricaded. It's within the triangle area of Hong Leong, Etiqa, Impiana Hotel, Bank Islam. I've caught 5-6 dratini over several days already to confirm the nest location. Also caught one dragonair here. No dragonite yet though, maybe I'm still low level.

2nd best tip: This triangle area is also magikarp nest I caught 20-30x casually over several days. Not even looking for it.
