you hold the gym for long enough (22 hours) you will get some pokecoins as reward, u must go "shop" there and get your reward (clock counting at the top right menu there)

1) Why are some Pokemons not evolvable? There is no option to evolve my Pinsir and Onix.

2) When I look at my caught Pokemons list (not Pokedex), some have a coloured background and some don't. What's the difference?
