"please call customer care for registration", help

I buy a sim card during Animangaki but when I want to use it..it said that the services is not available before registration and I have to call the customer care for registration. I wanna know if my sim card is still available or not and if not,any way I can do to make it available? Thank you |

jz call the customer service to register yr simcard if not yet register. guess this sim card from small telco, ie. tron etc?
