So I saw this online store, theonemall.com and the price of hiking pants looked better than shops so I decided to buy one from them. I paid using creditcard. I paid for 4 day shipping which was their fast shipping. That was on Aug 31st.
After 4 days, still no package or even tracking number so I contacted them. They said, oh, you didn't read the FAQ which says the 4 day shipping doesn't include 7 days processing time. http://www.theonemall.com/index.php?main_p..._id=60&fcPath=4
So that was quite surprising, but ok, maybe my fault for not paying attention closely to the fine print. They are based in China, not in Malaysia.
But now it has been 11 days, and still no sign of the package. I contacted them on Sep 7th to get tracking number, and they said it is in Shenzhen customs. I contacted again today and no response. Their package tracker just shows package in Shenzhen customs.
So I'm wondering... Have I been scammed? Is theonemall.com a scammer site? I googled before using their site and didn't see any warnings.
I'll probably wait one more week but starting to get annoyed. If it never comes, is there anything I can do? What should I do to get back my money? Is there a way to tell my creditcard company to cancel or withdraw the payment to them?
