how do i get the battery to not charging mode?

i have tried
1. switch on power - plug in, and then turn on z5, battery at 95%, it will remain a few sec not charging mode, then it will switch to charging....zzz

2. plug in, restart, battery 95%, cant, restart again, still cant remain at not charging mode...sien dy...how ar?

unplug cable then my gaming exp not so good mah~
FPS I set at around 45. I enjoy having the FPS at 80 and above constantly lol. juz a small issue thru, thanks to the previous sifu too, I will test out the cable to c whether faulty or not.

can some1 help with me the graphic settingplease?

installed fallout iv via cd, activated cd key thru steam

1. gtx960
2. juz updated to latest nvidia driver.
3. i have set at device manager to run fallout iv & steam application to run high profile graphic already.

Yet i still fail to even start the game. i guess it is still detecting the 4600 as the default.

* i also tried to let fallout IV detect own setting and its setting to LOW (so i guess its goin to 4600 instead of gtx 960)

any sugestion please? playing GTA V or Heroes of the storm has no problem for me.

*tried a clean download of latest driver and a clean re-install of the driver.

outcome still the same/

Anyway to improve fps? My fps is like lock at max 60fps.
