QUOTE(kennykong85 @ Oct 13 2015, 11:03 AM) sifus, i'm suspecting you have a faulty power cable. have you checked your 3-pin power cable? perhaps, try swapping cables with friends (note: NOT WHOLE POWER ADAPTER, just the POWER CABLE) to test it.how do i get the battery to not charging mode? i have tried 1. switch on power - plug in, and then turn on z5, battery at 95%, it will remain a few sec not charging mode, then it will switch to charging....zzz 2. plug in, restart, battery 95%, cant, restart again, still cant remain at not charging mode...sien dy...how ar? if you found out it's faulty, you can either get the replacement fuse (if there's one in your cable) but be sure to match the ampere capacity (10 Amp might work when replacing a 13Amp fuse, but generally it is NOT SAFE) or, if you are getting new power cables, i recommend to get ones with fuse. normal no-fuse 3 pins will do but we are unsure when a power surge might happen This post has been edited by Instant_noodle: Oct 13 2015, 01:07 PM |

my colleague's notebook delivered today, so i took the courtesy of snapping picture of both notebooks together before ripping his notebook open
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « just a question: after meddling with his hardware and windows installation, i discovered his windows experience index is 7.6 while mine is mere 5.2 WHY~~ |
