Hi, been using this Z5 two weeks. So far so good.
But there're two problems I would like to ask.

1. How to update nvidia driver cause everytime I try it shows "unable to connect to Nvidia,try again later". Is it recommended to update regularly?

2. As this laptop is very new, I was so shocked that I experience the sudden shutdown. While working or watching youtube, the whole laptop just shut down and turned into the screen as attached. I have to clicked on the power button longer to force restart the laptop cause I cant do anything in the boot menu screen, none of the option works. And I experience this situation twice within the very first week i use this laptop. May i know why and is there any brother facing this problem as well?

2. Im using both. SSD for Microsoft software and games like GTA V and the rest of movie and docs in HDD.

My speaker tend to give this weird vibration noise, I've captured the video and you should be able to hear the "sound", I repeat the video 3 times so that you can hear it clearly.



I've tried place the laptop on different surface, holding it on air, it still give the same problem. Reinstalled driver doesn't seem to help to solve the problem. Tried change the balance to full left or full right, same issue. So I'm suspecting the problem is with the subwoofer at the bottom of the laptop.

Is there anyway that I can turn off the subwoofer to check to confirm the issue is with the subwoofer?

How long its gonna take for the checking? Possible to fix it like in 1-2 hours time and take it back on the spot?

ok. the windows 7 and windows 8 driver URL not working

my Bluetooth seems to have problem to add Bluetooth headset.
then I try use another Bluetooth dongle, now it mess up the drivers with error.

so I wonder where I can get the latest driver?

does anyone else's macro button not working after latest windows 10 update?

a short video I took for recording the beeping sound. From 0:04 onwards (around 0.05). The beeping sound often occurs and vary between interval of few sec to few mins. anyone know how to fix this?

Added you. The drivers need to be installed after you install your OS. In my case, my Z5 comes with DVD disc with drivers.

I would recommend you to get the OS as well and ask the their staff to setup everything for you.

one day im rushing to work. press power button screen and light all out then close lid and bring to work.
around 3 to 4 hour after that i open my bag i feel heat everywhere and the battery down to 7%.

I got the weird vibration sound when playing music, video, gaming, etc. Suspect it is caused by the woofer, I posted the video previously but I haven't got the time to stop by for a check, able to go tomorrow but only have limited time available.

Any news on the new Illegear Z5 with skylake processor? Since most Illegear series had already been refreshed with the new skylake line.
