Seriously 70c considered as low ? 
Because before this my cpu temperature never reached 70c, so I am curious why this is happening now.
For gpu temperature, you can refer my attachments(58c-60c) when playing dota 2. All max settings.
I still don't quite get it why my gpu giving that 0c-40c around that laptop on idle.
Like everything including fax sound like beneath keyboard happening now.

Btw Prince, do I need to pay an extra charges if I want to do maintenance at Illegear centre?

Btw I'm based in Malaysia but working under a Singapore company and plan to buy a laptop under this company so that we can utilize the PIC scheme (https://www.iras.gov.sg/irashome/Schemes/Businesses/Productivity-and-Innovation-Credit-Scheme/ )... basically will get 40% from the total price of the laptop back from the gomen. So can you guys help me with this? Means if I purchased a laptop from you guys, the invoice/billing is sent to the company in singapore, but the laptop is sent to me here in KL, and any warranty issues with the laptop, I should be able to deal with you guys here in Malaysia right?

Guys, anyone encountered this? Laptop on sleep mode for sometime then when u switch back on, the speaker audio not working, no sound, need to restart then will have back audio. How to fix this issue?

Only tried updating them, audio still faulty.
iif i click Sleep, the issue wont appear. Only when i just close the lid , few hours later open back then audio will have issues. Will monitor again, thanks

My Z5 v2 (GTX 960M version) battery percentage became very weird since yesterday, the percentage keep dropping even i switched on my charger. I first realise this issue is during i playing a game yesterday until the battery level drop below then half, i switch on the charger, but after a while my laptop shut down by itself. After i realise that i do my testing today, then i realise my battery percentage keep dropping even i put my charger on but it detected in plugged in & charging and the green light at the adapter also light on. After i done a few times of testing (With different plug) i realise sometime it charge like normal (The p[ercentage is increase and the adapter feel warm after long time charge) sometime not (But computer detected plugged in and charging just the percentage keep dropping, and i feel the adapter is not turn warm even switched on for long time). I also realise that the battery percentage is not running very well like normal (The percentage is jump thru, like when i plug in and charging is show 60% but i realise it didnt charge physically then i switch off and the percentage directly show just left 40%).

Wanna to ask did anyone using Z5 v2 (GTX 960M version) that facing the problem i'm facing now and what is the hardware that make this issue normally ? Charger or battery ?

Sorry to disturb you time for reading my long "story" because i just wanna to know the real problem then only i decide wanna to send into illegear HQ (because my warranty is expired) or i solve it by myself.

Hi there, anyone ever experienced this problem before? It suddenly says no battery detected even though I never even unscrew the laptop, let alone remove the battery. Laptop model is Z7.
