You can send in for checking your network if you wish, it's too hard to identify the root cause with limited information provided here.

Such problem can be caused by many factors including your network provider (most likely), driver/software, your installed OS or the WIFI adapter itself.

Its suggested to keep the graphics and wifi drivers updated from time to time.

We will test with our operating system and WIFI. It can be fast if we don't have pending task to do.

You can install the latest Intel Wireless driver from Intel website.

The driver can be found on the front page.

You can use HWmonitor and GPU-Z to monitor the temperature.
