1 question here, so what happen for Z5 after the 3yrs warranty end(provided i bought the extended warrarnty)? If my laptop break down can it be fix or get support?

Will I still get support after 7-8yrs usage and it break down?

Not really, played witcher 3 wild hunt, all maxed out the fps always stays below 30, a bit of noticeable lag when turn too fast so I have to max to high settings only...

Hello PrinceJ, what will be the solution for the current Z5 owner with having this issue ? Do we need to like send our laptop back to fix it ?
Furthermore, in the User Manual stated that Fn+2 is for LED breathing and FN+8 is on/off camera, right now when I click on it, I don't see any response from these two functions.

Yeah I think I read somewhere said that version 361.43 gives a lot of trouble. Haven't try to update it yet, but I guess it will be messy, so I suppose not to install first.

I cannot access to the disk as my current ultrabook and z5 don't have dvd drive

I have a question, should we choose IPS setting profile or the calibrated setting?
Because just now I tries the IPS profile and the colour is a bit dark and more red-ish..

i tried to install Intel Graphics Driver which provided by Illegear, suddenly i got this error as the picture shown....how can i fix this? also got video_dxgkrnl_fatal_eror when i tried to install bluetooth driver.

im using:

good day, i would wanna know if there's anyone having the same problem as below :

1. unable to install windows7 64-bit, error shown something like unable to detect my usb/ unable to find any related windows to install. even after installing those usb driver from win 10, still unable to detect.

2.  while plug in my armaggedon aquila x series mouse and restart/startup my laptop, the whole screen just stays blank/doesnt boot up, when i plug out it while the page will startup normally like there's nothing happened, link to the mouse below,

3. HDMI / VGA cable, same case as plugging in my aquila x mouse, while plug in, the illegear logo will not appear and the whole "click f2 for setup" page resolution becomes different and after that page it will stays blank forever after.

Anyone having this problem? any solutions to this? driver/windows problem maybe?

unifi ori router is N router? i not sure how to differentiate.

Already tried both...from the dvd provided and from the zskylake81.zip file which i downloaded from this forum.

Do we need to come over and let you update it later on? or will you just upload the driver and let us do the BIOS update from windows?

I think what prince J said/means is, that calibration setting is personal preference/request. Not all of us bought/request calibration in our wishlist (Any specs and service of your customization). If im not mistaken that service also cost RM49.
Means that they couldn't simply upload it publicly. It might be unfair to people who paid the service/setting/ or whatever it called.
So in order to get it, you must install/take from CD that given to you.
correct me if I'm wrong.
