and one question for you. Why you still let him took it while you know that he is delaying in paying the cash? It doesn't make any sense if you COD, and the person refuse to give you money on the spot.

My advise, file a police report, best if you did manage to snapshot his pic, or worst, do a bounty head hunt for him(which i doubt will succeed though).
