OMG 1.6 Premium only selling RM39,000

http://www.mudah.my/2014+Proton+Iriz+1+6+A+-41480146.htm

So low 2nd value?

You might also want to check on the lifetime warranty for the power window, I heard from a SA saying the lifetime /10 years power window warranty only applies to the 1st owner. If you buy a used iriz, it only covers the 5 years warranty period. But then, anyone can carify on this? SAs? Owners?

I am getting my Iriz 1.6 exec some where next week thumbup.gif

Very tempting, already booked iriz with dealer, received chassis number & car reg. no. Haven't sign the loan yet. Wanted to drop all that to get this.......but there's a catch ->

1) Maximun 70% loan
2) Have to go JPJ for inspection (runner can do), however owner and buyer have to be present.
3) All payments have to made through bank, including the 30% down payment
4) Need to purchase 3 different types of insurance (arccording to bank)
5) Transaction can be done in 2 weeks (the fastest)
6) Higher interest rate 3.15+-

In the end....I think i will stick with the original plan doh.gif

Collected 1.6 CVT exec (Vader Colour)

Overall I quite like the car, apart from all the minor problems

1) Sticky dashboard, must apply oil on it
2) Engine braking characteristic, need time to adjust
3) P -> D 1-2 seconds delay, need time to adjust
4) Dashboard a bit rattling, I am ok with it

But then yesterday was pouring, and I discovered that water seeps into the boot and the spare tire space was filled with water. Anyone experience this? icon_question.gif

Used to drive a manual waja, now driving 1.6 exec CVT. I think it's ok if you are not the racer type (I have not tried flooring the pedal). So far I quite like to car, again for the amount that you pay. Till now no regrets cool2.gif

Fixed the water problem, wow I really like the car. Feels premium with the price you pay. Not forgetting 7 years warranty.

I'm guessing it's a Blaupunkt problem and not Proton problem.

If Proton problem they can fix it themselves or straight give a replacement unit.

Curious about this too, the warranty booklet stated 5 years

I have called proton and they told me, you will have to wait for a letter from the insurance agency stating the additional 2 years warranty. I have not receive it yet. Anyone does, please share.

Did proton tell you roughly have to wait for how long to get the letter?
*
Yes, they told me I will get the letter on Dec.

BTW saw lots of comments on flooring the pedal reaching 160 and beyond; my question is, you no need to wait for the engine to run in?

I only keep the maximum speed to 110 km.
