Just came back from the talk with Proton CTO. I have informed them of those 5 issues. As for issues like the key, they will investigate it. Reverse sensor they said that they recently got it fixed so u will need to change ur sensors. Iirc, they said they fixed it on June this year. Other issues brought up during the talk by others which I consider major is they complained that after ECU/TCU update which fixed the jerks during start/stop has caused a max speed limit of 160km/h.

I recorded the intro session and the Q&A session and I will need time to process it. What I can conclude is that despite initial things said by Proton where they are using a lot of Japanese tech for the car, during the talk, they said that most of the tech is German tech and standards(not saying that because its German tech means Proton = BMW/AUDI/VW etc) with slides that shows the company that provides the parts and he explained European car standards.

in my case, my tagging number is Sxxxx , so i selected it and downloaded the map.

GUYS, i have a serious question. Whenever I read a post about Proton elsewhere, why do people condemn Proton so much? What did Proton ever did to them? Makes me feel a lil guilty that Malaysians are against their own National Car. I know proton was doing bad previously, but i think now they've improved significantly over the past year.

My experience with Proton:

1 - Proton Perdana V6 2000 keeping it till NOW, overhauled gearbox once at year 10

2. Proton Saga Aeroback 2001 - Kept it till 2011, no Major Problem. sold it and bought a Savvy

3. Proton Savvy Mid Spec- 2011 till now, finding a buyer to sell my car off. No major issues, just had to maintain gearbox carefully

4. Proton Preve Mid Spec - 2014 , bought for my uncle. No major problem except expensive spare parts

5. Proton Iriz 1.6 Exec AT- 2015, to replace my Savvy.

I dont have any major problems with my proton, even my f30 BMW has steering rack issues but people dont seem to care about it because its a conti car?

Malaysians should change their mindset. Proton has come from a loooong way to now.

The wiper on my car start making noise and skipping right after i used rain-x, before that it works perfectly and silent, even change a new set of wiper still the same.

Now using silicone wiper, it still make little noise but much smoother wiping than original wiper.

I felt weird about esc, couple days ago,My esc indicator is on but I didn't drive recklessly just on the wet road drive slow and careful. Is it because of wet road? 

Anyone share how to know esc working? And how to activate it?

Driving after half year.
Recently found one problem with existing wiper especially raining.
The more swing the more bad visibility are. The worst part is unable see outside road clearly view. I BET driving at night will be more dangerous if raining cat and dog season.

Do I need buy new wiper or new liquid for windscreen? I don't want apply rain x.
