Hey guys, I just bought a play mat from Taobao using direct air shipping for only ¥ 63. TB said it would arrive by 7th Nov. (this must be too good to be true but i proceeded anyway)

Shipped out on the 30th Oct. Arrived at warehouse on the 1st Nov. No movement since then.

Contacted Taobao CS (Cainiao Agent); was informed that the package was oversized hence the delay. They advised me to send the package to consolidation warehouse. Fair which I did do, now waiting for pay for hefty sea shipping cost. (I estimated to be around RM250-300, given the size of the package)

Question:
I paid around RM470 for the item so I expected LVG SST to be imposed upon checkout but I didn't see any SST charges. Will I be charged SST when the package arrives MY?
