First time saw TGDS since this time i selected "MY" on the top left corner. I have always used consolidate shipping coz never saw this option before

Not really. Placed order on taobao on Saturday it was received by the warehouse on Sunday... Monday it said it was shipped out of the warehouse already. Today (latest) tracking says flight delayed.. Let's see

Check your PM. If you don't see TGDS I know the issue

Did you change the region from worldwide/China to Malaysia? If you don't change only consolidate option will be available

The same item i tried with CN region - only consolidate option available

With MY region - TGDS available



Very rarely something has TGDS option actually. Maybe its the item that i wanted. Usually electronics

One second it was available for TGDS, next moment it isn't. The option "consolidate shipping" isn't even available now. The only option is "contact seller"

If you paid via local banks through revenue pay then it will be refunded there

TGDS or third party?

Actually for parcels shipped from China you don't need to avoid going over RM500. I know for parcels from US it is strictly below RM500 or taxed but I have not encountered any of this problem for air shipments from China, but maybe that's just me and the provider which I used, slightly more expensive than official taobao one.

Meanwhile for sea shipment from China it's usually 6% GST impose however some freight forwarder don't collect it

24/04/18 has just reached custom. It should now undergo custom clearance process. Sea shipment clearance will take some time unlike air shipment.

If you wanna make sure then you gotta contact the provider below there, they may have a new tracking number already

According to the mandarin tracking above it says 24/04 is the actual date of the parcel reaching the port here

In my case right now I've got parcels stuck at port klang custom for about a week or more now

Paid via RevPay using online banking, refunded masuk into my bank account also

Guys, why do I can't select official Consolidation or official Direct shipment now?

All I see is select address and complete order (payment). I do not see the breakdown anymore

Also, how is it quality of Best Express?

The service fee - 1.5% on online banking, is mandatory right? Or there is a way to avoid paying for that

When I made first payment through e-banking first time it was waived too. I'll try with Lazada wallet whether second order onwards got free waiver

Alipay RMB you mean topup RMB inside alipay? I got balance RMB inside Alipay.. Lately I realised the rip off rate charged by the reloader. Through bank rate/revpay rate more attractive.. but that 1.5% hmmm makes it almost the same with top up RMB balance
