ABX is terrible, anybody buying from taobao please don't use this company.

in KL? My item ady stuck at their subang warehouse for 3 days, keep updating to 'Shipment on Tracing' everytime I call their customer service and when i called their subang branch, nobody pick up my calls, i called for more than 20 times.

The KL, PJ and Subang ones are terrible. Will never use them again, their fb page full of complaints.

Placed order last week and all my items already shipped from warehouse. I choose 'zhi song' btw.
Status has been 已发货 for a few days, but I don't know whether that means it's shipped from china warehouse to Malaysia or whether it's in Malaysia ady delivering to my house. It seems the 'zhi song' delivery uses COE but no way to contact them. Do they switch to other carriers like skynet when the item reach Malaysia?

U use 'ji yun' or 'zhi song'?

I've used 'ji yun' in the past I don't remember it being so complicated.
Hope 'zhi song' is smoother and I can get my items soon lol.

Oh man I remember few years back Taobao only takes about 3-5 says can arrive dy. Now as technology advances takes longer pula.

No idea. Mine is skynet and tracking number still not showing up in their system. The tracking number use on COE website gave little to no information.

I have the tracking code already, on COE website it shows that it's in Malaysia, in Taobao app it shows that it's already delivering, talk to customer service they say sending to custom, track on skynet nothing. One tracking number track on 4 different service get 4 different results haha

Wait for package more than RM500 will get taxed? I bought some accessories and did some bulk with other forumers totaling up to more than RM500

I think if airpak no record then high chance it's not yet being delivered, sometimes the taobao cs just tell you what you want to hear lol.

Could be, but speaking from experience the taobao cs always push the responsibility to local carrier.
Now 0% GST so safe la kan? Import duty how they calculate? I just bought some phone accessories, total about RM600++

How do they know the value of the items in the package? Do they check by opening the packages one by one or do they just check the consignment note on the package?

Ah okok, then how are we supposed to pay the import tax? I say online just pay it to the carrier delivery driver when they deliver the package is that correct?
