Hi guys, anyone using lazada ewallet for payment?
I just validated it thru taobao app but after that’s done it no longer shows up in the payment list?

Did you try tapping on the more payment method?

TnG is better since it is basically an Alipay.

When i scroll down, there’s this mention of lazada wallet on the bottom and that’s it



I thought of just trying it because I keep having problems with maybank/cimb when the login page just keeps loading everytime

Bank FPX should load normally.

Update both Taobao and Lazada Wallet to the latest version and restart the phone.

You may want to contact customer support.

Anyone here able to pay with cimb payment method? I had to ask my wife to use her public bank account because the cimb portal page just keep getting stuck on the taobao page

Usually i’d just use debit card but even that one got error which forced me to use online bank method

12am is when a lot of banks undergo maintenance, so i usually avoid doing any online transactions at that time. credit cards usually aren’t affected though. in fact, for overseas purchases, it’s better to use a credit card since it’s easier to get a refund if there’s any issue, and you can also dispute the charge if needed.

for online payments, i usually use a card from a digital bank that isn’t tied directly to my main banking account. it feels more secure that way.

Thing is even normal working hours the cimb page always stuck like that. So I assume your have no problem with cimb?

Could be a bank issue, contact the bank.

If you have TnG eWallet, use that instead, much better, because they are basically Alipay.

Taobao purchase with shipping tracking number CNMYA now delivery to be made by JnT Express. Past 2 weeks two parcels allocated under JnT Express. First one delivery done immediately once reached Malaysia. 2nd one arrived to JnT Express warehouse since 14 June no movement after that. Tracking.com showed that "On Hold - Kedai/Pejabat/Sekolah tidak beroperasi atau diluar waktu operasi." Hate JnT Express always have this kind of excuse. Home address and simply put reason. No way to call to check too.

curious what do you guys prefer, official forwarder or third party forwarder

I use both.

First choice, official is convenient and good record for me. However, it is somewhat limited on what it can ship. Many items have free shipping for RMB199 and quite often there is RMB20 shipping discount up for grab.

Third party forwarder, less limited of what it can ship, could be cheaper than official, especially one that providing self pick up service.

Some item cannot ship by official forwarder so i have to use 3rd party.

one of the reason i use a middle person to purchase for me. so far 0 lost parcel or stuck or whatsoever. he may charge extra 10% out of the total amount but to me, nothing is more important than parcel reach safely . box kemek cannot avoid la as long inside item is safe

Contact Taobao customer service to check for it.

They said it’s going through custom. Not sure true or not.
