how heavy your keyboard?. how much you paid for international shipping?. Mine weight at 2.3KG and they charge me RM52 for international shipping. local shipping is free tho.

The total weight, including packaging, is approximately 1.6 kg. I was charged ¥15 (about RM9) for direct air shipping using the PLUS option in the mobile app.

Shipping could be free if I choose direct sea shipping.

can be done via taobao directly. shipped 30kg via sea back in May.

can directly from taobao, use sea shipping. if engage external forwarder, can escape 10% tax imposed by gov.

My sea shipping is showing 15 yuan only for 50kg. Will this shipping costs increase after the large items reach the warehouse?

yea. on the shipping option, you can click on 海运 > 查看运费规则 to check the fees.

my item was 3ft x 2ft x 1ft, 30kg, paid RMB 392.

Anyone can help me, I am a noob in buying consolidated from taobao. Never done so before and I’ve always gotten direct ship to my address.

What does this mean;




How will the item be shipped to me, if I don’t have any other thing to purchase?

Do I have to do anything after I proceed with the purchase button? The orange button.

You will need to keep track that the item have reached the warehouse. Thereafter you have 20 days of free storage.

Once it reaches the warehouse, you will have the option to 'purchase' the delivery to your final address.

if you got only one item to buy, why do you choose "consolidation"? you should choose Direct Mail - Air Freight or Direct Mail - Sea Shipping

I believe this particular item is considered bulky because the option for direct mail is “sorry not available”.

Unless there is a promotion or if it is waived, you will first be charged for the domestic logistics within China. Then again from China to Malaysia.

The weight applies unless the item is big and volumetric calculation is used instead. All my orders have been small so I can't help you there.

Hi! May I know TMYLE is what courier? It appears Best Express telephone number and website but when I ask, Best Express said it was Lex. I can't track in Lex. I ask Taobao CS, she said it's Cainiao Malaysia but I still can't track it.

TMYLE is Lazada Express. Unfortunately, there’s no way to track it locally, so you’ll just have to wait for the delivery.

I just got my parcel, it was confirmed the shipment was handle by lex. Abang delivery was wearing lex t-shirt and there was lex awb on my parcel. For TMYLE we can track it at best express website but we cannot ask for update. It was a waiting games i guess.

Thanks. Understood already. At first a bit confused because of this. As a return buyer im quit happy with lex compare to best exp. Last few years, penang best express was the worst compared to dhl, gdex, nationwide, skynet, abx n airpak.

Best Express is a hit or miss depending on the location.

A few years ago, when I was working in Damansara Perdana, BE failed miserably. Every time I had a parcel with BE, they couldn’t deliver it even after a week, despite their delivery office being only 300 meters from my workplace. I always ended up having to collect the parcel myself.

Now, working in Glenmarie, they always deliver on the next working day, even though the delivery office is 16 kilometers away from my current workplace.

On a different note, really glad to hear we can track TMYLE in Best Express's tracking system—this will make it easier for everyone.
