i believe the dex was not on the list anymore as they are now congested with all 11.11 promo and my collegue who's doing china logistic did tell the same. He didnt encourage me to place further shipment within Nov and Dec. But you know, i just proceed with the order as usual and guess what, its all pending and delay.

So far my experience with Dex is the best as i was living in Penang so the Local Gdex here is quite efficient. Never had any delay more than 9 days from the day i placed the order.

So i got no choice but to pick 4px and Lazada for consolidation. I never thought that Lazada service was so bad. Anyone know where to track the order for Lazada and 4px besides than taobao official tracking?

did you use 4px? neither me was not really sure which local courier they're using in malaysia. But i can see your items were stuck at the custom, which highly believe due to the public holiday on Friday plus the weekend. should by this week.... comforting you*. lol

did you tried to talk with DEX?

Ive never experienced getting taxed buying stuff from china except from the state. I got tax plus the warning letter (supplement food item) from the MOH even the values way below rm500 while some of my friend were also getting tax under the same circumference. Sometimes, i believe they charge the tax whenever they wanna charge you...lol.

It was a good practice to separate items exceeding 200myr/parcel. Is that your 500myr comes in a single parcel?

they would check whenever they want to lol... seriously no idea how the GST calculation works. it's suppose to be 6% if not mistaken.

in case you havent notice some of the courier had changed the price recently for consolidate:-

DEX-abx having major increment in price with 5yuan for the 1st KG and 1 yuan for the following 500g.And I noticed that there's a new comers joining taobao official fowarder named, LEL-CAINIAO ALLIANCE. This sounds like Lazada if not mistaken.....i dont know.

Anyone had tried LEL-CAINIAO ALLIANCE? mind to share your experience as it posses the lowest price as of now.

which one you're referring to? the new price or LEL? The new price affected air freight as well. I just being charged according to the new price this morning.

i cant read the character.. mind to translate and see what happened? Sometimes taobao tracking system a bit delay to update the progress compare to the live update by the courier.
