Third party is more flexible compare to taobao global , they can ship electronics and big item like furniture.

Recently Taobao shipment using DPEX or Skynet have no local tracking ability, and slower compared to previous, but a bit cheaper now.

Im buying something but I get ignored when in the midst of consolidating all the items into a parcel to deliver to Malaysia by the operator.

guys i just experienced this one recently whereby 1 out of my other stuff haven't been sent by the seller up to today. Reminding the seller button has been done. What should i do next as if im not mistaken, the warehouse can only hold my other items up to 20days FOC. Can we ask for refund? and how the refund flow works?

Yes, not all items can have direct shipping service.
It relies mostly on seller if the seller has key in the weight and dimension of the product.
The product must also not exceed the direct shipping dimension and weight.

Cancel ask for refund

Ask the seller directly through a Taobao chatbox. Click on the button that look like a water droplet that has 2 eyes.
Click on it when it's lighted blue, that's when the seller is online.

If you paid via local banks through revenue pay then it will be refunded there

strange, my tgds option is now missing from all items, even those previously can choose tgds; only consolidate option

the bottom item i brought earlier. which is already in lazada warehouse. (item A)

the top 2 item i brought differetn day. the item also arrived. but it's being categories as no owner item“无主货” (item B)

The problems is it wont allowed me to merge together and make it as 1 shipment.

i had contacted lazada shipper and i paid seperately shipping cost for item B. settle.

but item A they said cant do it manually. need i do online. But it wont allow me to click pay or check out.

Try to double check with lazada shipper again（with screenshot?). If cannot, then try contact 小蜜。。

contacted lazada warehouse CS..

both item need to do separate shipping. i dont know why this can be happen. when i do 2nd purchase those item become "no owner item"
