Hey....can i know if i sent my iPhone 6plus to maxis centre Sunway Piramid on 31 August for claims warranty about sight camera issue and devices it will automatically power off it self.
Izit in between 7-14workings days that i can collect back my devives on 16 of September ? Because i will go to oversea for my vacation for few month.Althought i have inform the staff that hope you guys can help me ready my phone as soon as possible but he/she said cant promise.But i really hope that i can collect phone as soon as possible before September 20 or earlier . Thanks

Please be informed that the warranty claims will take up to 14 working days. This will not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. However we can check your status in you can provide the warranty case ID.
