681 units total. price yet to be finalised. a lot of info yet to finalised. got 2 wings. 12 units each floor/each wing.

should be a better deal than parklane due to LOW density compare to Parklane. And strategic location as it's at the junction of jalan puchong & Jalan Taman Tan Yew Lai (Chinese dominated residential area, mostly semi-D, bangalows). Freehold. Selling price as heard from the selling agent is ard RM560psf. But still yet to finalised. Specs also yet to reveal. but those interested are required to paid RM2k as VVIP reservation fee to be able to attend the soft launch on early Nov.
Total 35 Floors, Level G-9 is carpark, 10 onwards is residential. Land title is commercial but build under HDA.

This is what I heard from the selling agent.

Parklane already so crowded, one more new condo nearby will make the place more jam?
If for investment and pricing attractive can be considered. The new LRT opening soon.

location is opposite tiara mutiara n around 700m from parklane oug albeit closer to town.. Nt near d lrt..

I already register. Wait for soft launch see how if not like still can fully refund ma. Because at old klang road all very expensive only this i can afford no choice, parkland , 4thousand unit wolao eeh. I prefer this 1 tower 618unit only. Hehe
