Dear Maxis, on 1 September your technician come to install Maxis Fiber at my home. However, the installation was not completed because of the connection problem due to TM mismatched. Your call center operator called me at the same day to inform me Maxis will reschedule my appointment for installation in 7 working days. Until today, I haven't receive any call for reschedule my appointment. Please help. My location is at Taman Desa Pinggiran Putra, Kajang. sad.gif
