Just got myself a used 2015 ASX 2WD. Been playing around with the Infotainment this morning and I just realised i can't seem to stream music from my Note 5 via Bluetooth.

The phone calling function is working well; could receive and make calls perfectly well. Only prob is to stream my spotify playlist via bluetooth, i just can't get it to work?

Is anyone having this problem too?

Appreciate all your input guys!

What player is it? Clarion AX1? With AX1, I am able to bluetooth my songs either MP3 or via Youtube to the player.

I believe mine is Flyaudio. Looks exactly like the one in this video: (just the exterior look though, my interface is totally different from his)

Checked the bluetooth setting on my phone, seems that it only has 2 functions; Phone audio and Contact sharing.

To share media i think it should have another function i.e. media audio. But somehow this function just doesnt pop out.

Sent mine for replacement and 80k major service last week.

They changed both the wiper ball joint and rear brake calipers. I'm not sure what this rear brake caliper is, but the staff told me mine has gone rusty and thus they replaced it FOC.

The 80k major service cost me 1.6k+. huhu and from what i read in the quotation, bulk of the cost was to service the airconditioner. No much difference pre and post service for me, only my wallet is a lot lighter.

Just to check, when your ASX is stationery with the wiper sweeping at it's maximum speed, did you feel the the car swaying.

yup, all the time for me. I got to adjust it to a notch below the max speed. or if it's heavy rain, then i wont use the auto-sweeping function; manually select the 2nd fastest speed instead.

Just changed my tyres. Was previously using the stock Dunlop SP Sport 270, really satisfied with them, no complaint at all. Ride was smooth and always pleasant. But after 4.5 years and clocking 60km, no realignment and balancing ever done, the front 2 tyres totally wear off at the side. Mitsubishi SC alerted me when i sent for 90k service (car low mileage)

Changed 4x tyres at at supposedly famous shop in my hometown Penang. Was quoted RM350 per piece for Toyo Open country U/T (OPUT) 215/65/r16. They convinced me to change all 4, I gave in cos my old tyres are indeed 4.5 years old, which i think are overdue. Then I realised that I was given year 2017 tyres after payment and when about to drive out. The person-in-charge said they were manufactured end of year 2017, and only released in mid year 2018, after storing for 8 months, really dubious explanation, but i didnt want to make a fuss about it since everything has been set.

Verdict... Big mistake! My drive back from penang to KL has never been so unpleasant. I have always enjoyed driving along NSE on my 2WD ASX, but not anymore. Ride was bumpy and unbelievably noisy. i could only go up to 120km/hr before i feel uneasy. Back then, i could cruise at 130-135km/hr without much feel, and i had to mentally remind myself to keep the speed down, only at about 140km/hr that i would feel uneasy.

Now with these new tyres, 120km/hr is the max speed i could maintain at easy.

Damm, what have i done to my beloved car....Dont get this Toyo Open country U/T tyres guys. I'm not sure if this brand of tyre is bad or it's just my luck getting old tyres that causing all this problem. Darn, i've no idea what to do now.
