Ya, the Zerolution fee enables you to upgrade the phone after a year. I think you'll pay the new device price once you upgrade. For me the turn off is that the device price instalment is base on RRP and not subsidized unlike a regular contract.

Physical size for iPhone 6s is slightly different from iPhone 6. I supposed the casing cannot be interchanged.
for iPhone 6, you can either get the airjacket from Machine or Switch or find in garage sale.

Because of the mediocre upgrades on the 6s /6s+ coupled withour low currency, im opting out of buying from Singapore during launch. Not much excitement on getting it during launch and end up paying much more due to exchange rates unlike the 6/6s launch last year.

Will adopt the wait and see approach for the phone to launch in Malaysia and only decide then.

USA is the cheapest among all, but as mentioned, must be careful on getting from which carrier.
if get unlocked should be fine, but then comes the question about logistics.
unless you have a friend coming back, currier will cost you somewhere between 250-350.
