i got to heard from my one my frd working in maxis authorised dealer, stating tht maxis not going to offer i value anymore....no more 1 year contract..

they are trying to promote their maxis one plan....

(i m not sure, this is just what i heard)

I started using the 6S+ 64 since Friday. My impressions compared to the 6+ I had previously:

1. Battery life is a lot better. I am not sure if it's because of iOS or the chip but it obviously last much longer compared to my 6+

2. Speed is amazing. If you play games then you would notice everything loads up so much faster and graphics are crisp. Apart from that, I also notice faster 4G/Wifi on the same network so the new LTE chip in the phone did make a huge difference.

3. On paper the weight says 20g heavier. While it seems quite substantial (we're talking about 10% increase in weight), it's negligible.

4. The 3D Touch might not be very useful at this point in time because you can still easily navigate through normal methods.

5. The extra RAM makes iOS a lot smoother and you don't need to get into Safari waiting for the page to refresh. It stays as per where you left and same behavior like the iPad Air 2 which I have.

Conclusion: Overall, it's a great buy and am happy with it

Seriously boss, the speed improvement is noticeable I wasn't expecting that but all my websites load much faster in 4G. Apart from that it's super fast in everything else. The 6+ was a bit laggy/sluggish when it was launched last year but this time along, Apple made it right. The Live Photos are a bit hit and miss though; a bit cock up sometimes, haha.

can we pre order the 6s in malaysia through apple website like the one in Aus site?

Im pretty sure this round, judging by the sales of the 6s/6s+ in Singapore, there should be enough stocks for everyone.

Still no news. Wondering can under contract user buy or not. If not, will pursue buying from apple online store like last year.

Last year maxis doesn't allow me even though its not exceeding 30 months. They said contract extension not allowed and system doesn't detect the contract extension. So I cancel the pre-order, get my refund and buy from apple online store instead.

From what i heard this round they will close the preorder early hence can arrange for delivery on time.
Let's wait and see...

Remember the crashes last year that drag from 12 midnight to the following day noon with lots of angry ppl didn't sleep or skip work haha
