let say you got a defective unit, to whom should you return the phone? Is there a local representative?

Yes , wonder why 128GB is harder to sell but if let go similar to 64GB price then it should be easier. Of course lost more

Can anyone suggest any place that'll guide my parents on setting up the phone... both will be jumping ship from and android and need all data to be transferred. As I won't be back in msia till end of the year, I need someone to help them set up iCloud backup and stuff as well as transfer all data and teach them how to use. Machines staff will be kind enough since they're going to buy from there?

I don't know about machines, but I've seen the staff at Switch help folks setup their phones after purchased. Should be the same... Kua...

yup agreed with u. 16gb users for few gen of iphones and more disciplined to clean up storage and backup. never take videos on phones and not a gamers so doesnt need any big storage phone

do you guys really purchase a bulky case to protect your iPhone? every iPhone i used, i only use bumper, or those slim transparent type like the Case Neo Hybrid EX from Spigen.

you guys won't feel that made the phone become heavy and bulky ar?

what i mean by bulky case, example like Spigen Case Tough Armor Tech, Otterbox, Element case, something like this.. what's reason that you guy convince yourself to get those protective case? mind to share?

Using Otterbox since Day 1 of my 6 Plus. Bulky, heavy - yes. But the peace of mind is worth it. I've dropped my phones three or four times already, and it's still scratchless.

maybe if 6plus then yes.

but i'm using 6 and soon to be 6s, i use thin-mid-bulk cases. unlike most people here in US, either a bare phone with cracked screen or extremely bulky otterbox.

just saw someone with a 4s and the case is as bulky as an iphone 6

The fact is iPhone 6 and 6s are using the same type of casings...

for me it's like:

1. iOS ecosystem (bought a lot of paid apps)
2. iTunes (so easy to manage apps and music, by far the best music library organiser imo)
2. accessories (too many cases/screen protectors until I don't know which to pick haha)
3. resale value (last year i bought 128 GB 6+ for RM 3100, now i can still sell it for 90% of what i paid)

camera is good, but i don't use it much. but i do take lots of selfies when with friends so the front cam upgrade is really tempting me haha.
yes. except this time 6s+ OIS also works for video. last year OIS for 6+ only for photos.

also 6(s) screen is 720p HD, 6(s)+ is 1080p HD.

And Sony camera image sensors on Samsung products. Is that ironic too? OR should every phone manufacturers open up their own fabrication so that it doesn't fall into that "ironic" category of yours?

Point is, it's a business. And as how Apple deals with Samsung's manufacturing costs and makes sure that it's a profitable business transaction, so does other phone manufacturers deal with their phones having Sony camera sensors. Buy in bulk, price go down. Same with manufacturing in bulk. In the meantime, Samsung's always happy with being able to continue stealing Apple designs (hardware and chip-designs) when they get the Apple contract to manufacture the next A(x) chip.

I bought few iPhone 6 Plus casings last year and in the end I didn't buy any iPhone last year.

I'm still thinking if I should the same this year. Anyway, I always travel to Beijing, can easily buy cheap casings there and via Taobao.

Not true. I've Apple's original cases in leather and Polyurethane as well as sleeves, TPU cases, and tight-fitting "bare-naked" ones, they fit fine on my 6S Plus as well as when they did on my previous 6 Plus. Apple's own cases are built to tight tolerances, and they fit just fine. I carry mine in Kavaj sleeve leather case as I like mine naked, and even with the hardened outer leather shell/soft inner suede, it slides in just fine.

2) If it's our own home, it shouldn't be much of an issue. We should know where are the spots where Wifi is weak/strong. For example, if you know that the balcony always don't have Wifi and yet you go YouTube there while smoking then blame it on Wifi Assist for using up the data plan on our network Of course if the user is non technical then yes, it can be a potential risk.

one time pain every single year 

Bought last year iPhone 6 Plus RM4200. Resold it last month for RM3200.

iPhone 6 64GB can get RM2600? Then iPhone 6 plus 64GB can be higher then? Wow, may I know what type of buyer you got, I have hard time selling iPhone 5s last year as for that price, it is higher than those lower income/student, those can afford more would buy a new one. Please share....
