If local warranty isnt a priority right now, I'd say go for it. I never considered local warranty as a criteria of purchase, always careful with my iPhones and touch wood they have survived a year of usage before sold off to a new owner. Plus, Singapore isn't that far off, and maybe you can get it serviced in QCD or Machines "under warranty"? Someone correct me on this, there's a lot of back-and-forth with regards to whether Singaporean sets are serviceable under warranty here.

Looking good, have that Steampunk-ish look to it. You lose the curved side of the iPhone though, or maybe that's a good thing since curved sides we complained as hard to grip?

Teeheehee, Flossy Carter. That guys is a character of his own alright, he change cases like changing shirts, not to mention swap phones between platforms too. He can be a little weird too, one time he like "busy looking" cases like these, and the next, he goes minimal, like this preference for Gear S2 Sports instead of the S2 Classic.

My only fear with cases like these are reception quality, although they're not fully Faraday-caging the entire perimeter of the phone in the case of their iPhone cases.

No no no no no, dont get me wrong, I echo some of Flossy's sentiments. I get the same comments too when I wear some of the more "fancier" accessories on my electronics. You got a good eye for design, and interlocking two-tone cases like these does turn heads and like he said, what's important is what you like, not what others think about it. Sometimes it's great to stand out, and not drown in the sea of Spigens and Rocks and Baseus cases.
