Hahaha, i am digi fans, ops not, i mean loyal customer of cause i had F*** them few times, no choice, life hard, student only can pick the cheapest option... If i got money of course Digi won't be my choice ....
In terms of service, Digi is okay okay only....
When you device got problem, you take back centre claims, see stock availabilities, some people wait 3 weeks, some 3 months, depends on the period...
few month ago, my friend take to claim warranties, new policies is you have to hand them your phone (no phone to use during claiming period)....
So i help him to report this issues to kdpnkk... by saying they broke the contract terms and condition     
ITs stated 1 to 1 exchange, but now need wait for 3 weeks....  so end up manage to get the phone less than 3 weeks, my another friends wait for 2months+++ 

If you want best service, get from Apple Online Store, pay retail price.... I prefer online store than those authorised reseller 

Cannot, Digi set only can claim from Digi... Maxis for Maxis, Celcom for Celcom...
If you get from online, if you good enough in negotiating, you can ask them send come first...

He bought 6 Plus from Apple Online Store, and get a defect units, that time really no stock can allocate for him, but after he send out his defect unit, before Apple receiving the unit, he already received his BRAND NEW device from Apple after 2 days....
Apple Online Store will replace you BRAND NEW DEVICE within7 days or  14 days if not mistaken.... If you buy from switch or digi or anything, after you walk from the shop, its a defect unit, you will not get a NEW one for replacement....  even they tell you its new... but for me its REFURBISH !! 

Hahahaha, yup, but i will always get from telcos, because i need upgrade every year... hahahaha retail price i will loss a lot when sell every year

sorry to ask a question that might be out of topic, since ip6 and 6+ thread is not so active so i'll ask here. I plan to get a 6S but I've never used an iphone b4, currently on HTC One M8.

since ip6 and 6S battery life should be similar, just wan to ask whether it can last a day of mixed usage or not? I don't mind charging phone every day and leave it overnite in socket, but I just cannot tahan charge it twice a day bcoz it means troublesome to me. No gaming at all and I'll turn mobile data whole day long for chat and web surfing.

yes you can turn on mobile and wifi whole day... different from android where you need turn it off.... anyway... just get a power bank to be sure you want last whole day max usage (waze / chating /browsing non stop)

i think its all down to personal usage bro. my previous 6 didn't even lasted until 3pm. was on wifi all the time too. whereas for 6plus can last me till before i go to bed still got 30% juice left

Yup different people have different preference but saying best smartphone period..lol
