went to many store also no stocl.

if it is within your budget, just go to apple store and get 1. No need to be tigh to the contract. Then you are free to choose any plan in any telco you like.

If you are business user or company already got Digi corporate account you can consider Digi's plan. PM you the IP6+ price shortly.

but like other's suggestion, do you really need a new plan?
