Do you mean the NVidia GeForce driver?
I'm using the latest version - very frequent BSOD..

Maybe I will try that.
Also could be due to overclocking - when BSOD occurs, I was overclocking the CPU and auto adjusted clock speeds/voltages using the motherboard GUI tool (gigabyte in this case). Never had problems in Windows 7 with this..

Didn't get any BSOD yesterday after setting back to default CPU speed.
