You may opt for the Validity 365 service for your number via *128*22# for one off subscription or *128*23# for auto renewal subs and the price is RM33.

Hi, thanks for your quick reply.

my sim will expire on 26 Feb 2016. Im currently staying overseas and I want to extend for another year, as I want to retain this number.

When I key in the *128*23 or 22# it gives me the following message

"Sorry, you already have an active Validity90 and/or Validity365 subscription"

So what can I do ?

Upon our checking, your service validity will be expire on 23-Mar-2016. Pls make sure that you have an enough airtime in order to subscribe the validity plan.
