Problem faced: Nature of However, it suffered a irreparable Error 21 issue. That means during the boot-up process, the iPhone first display the classic Apple logo before asking the user to connect the phone to iTunes. I tried to restore the phone but it still kept showing Error 21. Sent it for diagnostics by an service staff and reported the same outcome. Therefore, the phone cannot go past the "Connect to iTunes" window.
