Lumia 735 secondhand may be the best value at the moment.

The Lumia 640 is between RM600-700 depending on whether you get the LTE version.

the Lumia 540, while having a 720p screen, it's processor is actually struggling with playing 720p video, that can be had for between RM550-600.

I would recommend going for 640 if your budget allows.

If u use waze i also suggest 735 or 640.

Because Google killed the support for Waze for Windows phone, we only have an ancient version which is not very smooth. Running it on 540 with Snapdragon 200 might be slower compared to Snapdragon 400 on 735 and 640
