Noticed that I was not offered the option to take up the RM15/month device protection program.

If you are using your own existing number, you will be contacted after 7 days you placed your order in regards to the Maxis Device Protection Program. If you subscribed under a new number, there will be an option for you to get the Maxis Device Protection Program while you placing your order.
