Performance on the 6s is slightly faster. Specs on the camera is upgraded but I think the camera on 6 is better especially low light. 3D touch (nothing much really) I don't even use it as much, battery on 6 is better. The upgrades on the 6s is not really something to shout about. You should just go for an iPhone 6. Unless you can find a 6s with your budget then might as well but that's just my 2 cents.
