got myself a new unit of ip6s+ from a good 11street seller. when box opened, encountered a dead pixel almost at the middle of the screen.

not yet activated the phone though. shld sent to where and able to get warranty 1 to 1 exchange from Apple directly?

coverage not yet, coz not yet activated the phone. not sure need to activate it or not before proceed with any exchange or warranty.

my plan is not to activate and wait for 11street seller to respond tomorrow. if they can't help, then i guess need to activate and visit apple service center to try my luck on exchange.

managed to do 1-to-1 exchange with the seller at shop. lucky the replacement unit no issues, else need to go service center already. thanks for help!
