After update, there are few noticeable improvement

i) On and off screen is faster
ii) Opening whatsapp/wechat normally takes 5 sec to 7 sec to get in, now takes only 3-4 seconds
iii) in apps speed also faster, let's say whatsapp taking photo, u may try and it's a lot faster now and show less laggy

Btw, I'm using an iphone 6 32gb which planned to sell 3 days ago, luckily i made the right choice

To me battery performance nearly same, but can slightly feel a little bit better during daytime idling (with data always on), plus the latest downtime setting i guess pretty useful though, can maintain 100% before sleep and after woke up

To be clarify, actually after one day with ios 12, the most frequent apps i use are wechat and whatsapp, yesterday night apps opening took 3.5 seconds, but today both apps responded significantly faster, i guess around 2 seconds, which i couldn't imagine this is an iphone 6
